Outreach & Missions

We encourage you to express your faith in action, helping those in need, hands-on and face-to-face.

Bridges at the Shore
Uniting Communities–Creating Friendships
This program builds bridges between people and communities in local communities.  It is a person-to-person effort, meeting the homeless and low-income face to face, offering friendship as well as food, blankets and clothing.  Although it began as a program of people in the suburbs going to meet with and help homeless folk in lower Manhattan, the program has now shifted to a local focus  —  serving low-income people in the communities of Keyport, Red Bank, and Freehold.  Clothing is sorted on the Thursday prior to going out to distribute supplies on Fridays.  Donations of clothing, toiletries, or school supplies can be dropped off in the shed on side of the church parking lot anytime day or night.
