Renovation of Fellowship Hall
We have undergone major renovations on our Fellowship Hall. We have raised about three-quarters of the total cost.
It’s humbling to realize that many of the fine architectural features in our buildings were added more than 120 years ago. Our forefathers and mothers in the 1880’s and 1890’s had the courage and the foresight to think “big” when renovating this church. They installed the curved pews, tin ceiling, stained glass windows and pipe organ that we still enjoy today. Although the costs were significant, they left us a wonderful legacy.
We have brought our church buildings into the 21st century. We are creating a legacy for the future. Our membership is growing; we have an increasingly large number of children and youth in our Church School; and our choir fills the loft. We have expanded Fellowship Hall to meet many of our growing needs.
The first phase of renovation for our church is completed. However, we have a vision for further phases of renovation that would better serve our congregation and its goals.
In the meantime, we have beautiful, enhanced and expanded spaces for fellowship and worship.
